A walkthrough of how moving day actually works - so there are no surprises. If you've never used a moving company before, you might not know what to expect. Here's how a typical move works with us.
The day before your move, we'll check in to confirm time, addresses, and anything else relevant. You'll know exactly when to expect us.
Everything packed, pathways clear, appliances disconnected. If there are any last-minute changes, let us know.
Actually, we aim to be early. You won't be left waiting and wondering.
You'll know who's in your home. We're not random strangers - we're the crew we said would be there.
We'll look around, confirm what's going, check for anything fragile or awkward, and plan how we're going to load.
Carpet runners and floor protection go down before we start moving anything.
Large furniture, fragile items, anything that needs it. Blankets, padding, straps - we don't just throw things in the van.
Heavy items first, lighter items on top, fragile items secured. Everything strapped down so nothing shifts in transit. This is the Tetris part - it takes experience to do it well.
Your belongings are in the back. We're not racing.
Most customers travel separately. Meet us at the new property, or arrange access if you can't be there.
Floors protected at the new place too. Boxes go to the right rooms. Furniture goes where you direct us. We don't dump everything in the hallway and leave.
Beds, furniture - anything we took apart gets put back together. Then we do a walkthrough with you to make sure nothing's been missed, nothing's damaged, everything's where it should be.
Tell us. If something got damaged or something's not right, we want to know. We take responsibility for our work and we do appreciate constructive criticism.
Payment is due on completion. We accept cash or bank transfer.
If everything went well, we'd genuinely appreciate a review. We're still new and every honest review makes a difference.
