As early as you can, especially for weekends, end of month, and summer. A few weeks' notice is usually fine, but the earlier you book, the more likely we can accommodate your preferred date. Short notice? Get in touch - we'll do our best.
We'll confirm the arrival time the day before. We aim to be early rather than late. If anything changes on the morning, we'll let you know.
It depends on the size of the move, access at both ends, and distance. A one-bed flat might take 3+ hours. A large family home could take most of the day. We'll give you an estimate when we quote.
Not unless something significant has changed from what you told us - like twice as much stuff, or access issues you didn't mention. If anything needs adjusting, we discuss it before we start, not after.
Yes. Fully insured for goods in transit and public liability. Your belongings are covered while in our care.
We tell you. Immediately. We don't hide it, we don't glue it back together and hope you won't notice. We document everything, take responsibility, and work out a fair solution.
