We do home moves, smaller moves, packing, assembly, and more. We show up on time, we charge what we quote, and we're careful with your stuff.
Most people think removals is about shoving stuff in a van and dropping it off somewhere. And a lot of companies treat it exactly like that.
There's actually a real art to loading - figuring out how everything fits in a van so nothing shifts, nothing gets crushed, and nothing arrives damaged. Think Tetris, but three-dimensional, every block a different shape and weight, and some of them are made of glass. To do it properly, you have to actually care. A lot of companies don't.
Before starting Lifted, we spent years watching how badly this industry operates. Damage hidden rather than admitted. Customers quoted one price and charged another on the day. Crews rushed through jobs because the company is always short-staffed. And staff treated like they're disposable - because to most operators, they are.
We didn't want to work for companies like that. So we built something better.
We want Lifted to be two things: a company the crew are proud to work for, and a great experience for every customer.
